- Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment card information. We do not store your full payment details.
- Content: We collect the data you upload to your knowledge base and any other information you provide while using the Services. This data is stored securely in our Convex database.
b. Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with our Services, such as the features you use, pages you visit, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Error Monitoring: We use Sentry to log and analyze errors that occur within the application to help us improve stability and performance.
